I have tried it - and now it works Great job !!! And so fast.

If you are taking in wishes for features in future revisions I most humbly would wish for a possibility for the member to receive an email reminder a number of days/hours before an event.

Oh and one more thing: How about combining calendar with the countdown. So that next even in the calendar will always be shown as a countdown?

That is already built in. Please check permission, settings and your forum can send emails.

And your forum cron status. Look in ext calendar settings at the bottom it should say when cron last run.

I see what you mean. I can go to my user settings and ask for email from calendar events i am attending.

The thing is many people (that uses my webpage) will never of their own volition start browsing around to find out the features. They are generally a bunch of old goats with little computer enthusiasm. So thats it why i wanted it to be an option when the event information is shown. I am sorry I was not accurate enough in my description.

The notification system isn't controlled via admin for users. Maybes search for an extension.

Anyway... I am very happy about the calendar... I wish i was better at php and understanding how it works. I can understand the code more or less, but there are obviously some fundamentals on how files interconnect and act that i dont know.

Did you notice the idea about working together with the guy who made the "countdown" extension?
