Viewing user profile not displaying
Why is this happening?
How can I fix that? That only happens in Internet Explorer, but works fine on Firefox.

without really knowing what you did to your site prior to this happening is hard to really pinpoint what happened!

I have no idea how that happened. Only works on firefox

are you sure you haven't done anything to the memberlist.php file, what mods do you have installed!? any normal phpbb forum will be shown without any problems on Almost all browsers! Make sure if you installed a mod that touched that file the edits were done correctly!
