[INSTL] Comma Stats with a dot, or space

In most english speaking countries comma is used as thousands separator.
However there are following ways to do it:

10 000
10.000
10,000

Anișor made a very nice extension - Comma Statistics which added a comma as thousands separator to all the numbers displayed. Statistics, posts, topics and views.

Perfect for english speaking boards like this!
But what about my danish board? We use a dot as thousands separator. In other countries they use space.

I decided to cover this by a few edits of Anișor's extension.

This is the edited version where the thousands separator is defined in the language file.
So all you have to do is create your own language folder/file and use your preferred thousands separator.

In Europe, (as i know from the school) the thousand separator is made by a dot.

So i downloaded to use it in my 5 registered users
No DOT appears yet!
