Why should I make manual edits to the code if I can do it with a simple click in the extension settings? My option is much more convenient.

Your image is not about exclusing forums, which I understood was your question.

If you want to exclude groups, just set the correct permission in the groups permission.
Misc tab and you will find: Can see AdBlock Detector messages
Set it to no for groups that shouldnt see them

Yes, I was talking specifically about group rights. And your extension has no settings for group rights in the miscellaneous tab.

Update to 1.0.3 RC
Duplicate ID's and js console errors fixed

Update instructions:
Disable extension
Delete files in FTP
Upload new version
Enable it
