when ever someone clicks http://postfactory.co.cc/page.php?p=rul ... be5c3fae8f when there loged in it logs them out

My point is that you should ask the Author.

well there isn't much to tell you log in and and you click the link you end up not longed in

yes, but like Stoker said you should posted in the beginning that that is a mod that you are using that you get the problem, because it seems to me that that is a problem of the mod, if that is the only place that they get logged out. I think that mod uses user session management, so maybe try asking the author first, if he is still around!
