THanks Steave ,, i have already set value to 0 ,, but it was same ,,

@ wat u mean you arent using Yahoo Account ? can you please expalain me wat you mean , Thanks

Correct i am not using a yahoo account for my site as members were not recieving there emails.

Your hosting provider probably have some kind of limit on sending mails.
A guess could be 100 mails per hour.
Contact their support.
