there are plenty of sites out there that offer styles for download, why don't you try searching in those sites to see it they have it!
I don't think you can just request for someone here to modify it and give it to you!

FIsubice2 is not available in other colours and to convert it to black would require a lot of work because it is a light coloured style.

If you want a dark or black style you are better off looking for one rather than hoping someone will convert FIsubice2.

You could try asking on the site I linked to where it was released or one of the many other sites that deal with phpBB styles, although, I don't like your chances.

As helpful as the people here are this site has little to do with styles, so there is not much point asking here.
