How do I make the forum drag and drop?

I'm looking at this theme, and I saw that you can drag and drop the forums, how can I do that?

You should ask the style author.
Or download the style and see if you can figure out how it is done.

Wow thanks for the quick reply, I already done what you said (to ask the author) however, I didn't get much help at all. I did manage to work out what files I need, but I'm not too sure about what bit of code I need. I'll have a go when I get back home tonight and see how I go. If I work it out, I might even create a mod from it too

ahh, not really!

why don't you look at the code like Stoker suggested? or install the mod i linked to and see if you can add the code to the categories!?
