Flash bbcode help

Hi i've been trying to figure out how to get this flash file to play within a post and cant seem to figure it out. Ive enabled the flash option within the acp already and still cant get it. the flash im trying to get to work and have a whole lot of options to display it on is this

once i see what i gotta do to show it i'll get it. Please help. Also someone from another forum pointed me here for the help.
