IE 6 problem at my forum

I being the admin of http://www.freakify.com is a new member here.
The point is, I am having some problems regarding IE6.
I let a co-member to install a facebook chat bar on my forum.
He installed it badly.Now opera and firefox are showing nice view ,
of the site but IE6 is making my site unreadable.
Do i know how can i Edit the code so that it must not open that bar only in IE6.

OFF TOPIC: Onething i must say i am not the user named as billoo I am his neighbour but we use same internet connection.
This ip clash must not let anyone to ban me .He installed the mod and now is not ready to debug it.I thought i myself should learn how to do that.

explain to me exactly how two people can have the same exact IP address! even if you use the same connection, you will still have different IP addresses unless you are using billoo's computer!

I told you all ,we are not rich people ,we are from a combined family sytem(where all your your uncles,etc live with you).
We have only two pcs and one wireless internet device.
one pc is common pc and the other one is mine fathers pc!
I have to use the common one at any cost.Last night we had a fight.
So i took the internet device with me and till then I am using it.
