Just upload the no_avatar.gif to the following folder: styles/your_style/theme/images

I've already added them, but I receive always the same.
The image I see is this:

Then what is the problem?
Its supposed to display the same image for guests and a user avatar for logged in users who have chosen an avatar.

I explained badly.
In the Welcome MOD I see that image for the guest, but instead I receive the no_avatar of Default Avatar MOD.

So you, as a logged in user with your own speciel avatar, see the no_avatar.gif as avatar in the welcome box?
Exactly which avatar mod is it you have installed?

I use the same, so I dont think that is causing the problem.
Did you remember the edits of index.php?

Anything else that could conflict?

You've made all the changes, and everything works perfectly, but I can not render a different image in the Welcome Mod...

Did you have another version of the welcome mod installed earlier?
