This mod does nothing to the topics, so I dont think that is causing your problems.

maybe I should install topic seo mod to prevent that

maybe these lines in the overall_header.html caused that

I think if I remove it or install topic seo mod the problem will gone.

That piece of code is only activated when you are on viewforum.
Try look at your topics source code. There is no keywords or content.
Mayby that is the reason for dublicate content.

I looked at my topics source code and I found the same meta tag for its forum

google webmaster tools cache every page and link towards it or after it,creating duplicate metatags ( viewforum,topic titles with similar keywords) this is not worth worrying about considering google want use use them to index your site any better they prefer site content that is why the description and keywords are displayed in your html ( your sites content ) the reason for meta content are for less advanced search engines who still use the the meta tags to index sites ( store data )
