Need help with style prosilver_se 1.0.7 background

Hello Stoker, I had been using this mod for a long time and everything is working fine. Today i just installed new style prosilver_se version 1.0.7 on my board and I lost a background on your Welcome On Index mod. What i have now is a white background instead of a prosilver_se or at least porsilver background color.
I been checked all the code on index_body html is fine, I been purge all caches, refresh all templates, themes, and use Ctrl + F5 on my browser too but still getting a white background on the Welcome box.
If I switch back to prosilver template then everything is look fine.

Any idea what is wrong Stoker ?

It uses the same class on every style, this one: <ul class="topiclist forums">
You can style it with an other background color, like this: <ul class="topiclist forums" style="background-color:green;">
