Resize avatar on the welcome box

Well, on my forum i allow peoples to use 150x150 Sized Avatars.
The welcome div with all the data looks a bit bigger as it resizes around the avatar.
Could you please provide the changes on resizing the width and heigh of the avatar image to 100 ?

Thanks Stoker, I think you should include this into the MOD.
It looks silly with images bigger than 100px, which resize the main div.......
