Can you post other bbcodes?
If so, the permissions are set correct.
Else you will find it under forum permissions.

Yes I can post other bbcodes, and they work fine.

PS: the normal youtube bbcode works fine to...

Does prettyphoto work on attachments?

EDIT: I found a bug in the bbcode. Please reinstall.
