help with google index layout

I always wondered how to have your own website indexed in categories like this example on search engines:

any ideas?

Google splits your site and display what seems to be the most important sections.
Just search the donain name and websites with good content will show like that.

So basically you can't do anything about it? it just depends on google ?

my site is www.tweakscene.com

this site is indexed the same way as the example above but it wasn't like that few days ago. so what changed?
