Failed install on PhpBB version 3.0.10-RC1 no error's shown

Did you do both index.php edits?

all files and edits in place done via auto mod

The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future.

it seems it cant fine the install_forum_goal.php but its sat there in root

Thats because there is a spelling err0r in that file: install_forum_goals.php should be install_forum_goal.php
So just remove that damn S and try again. I have fixed the download.

BTW, you can actually just visit the Board Features ACP page. Then its installed automatic.
The installer is just there so people are able to remove the config entries again.
