What fix method did you use as the site in question is back up to a point.

In the end i uploaded all the files from the premod except for the Config.php, the /images and /files folders. so all users and posts were still there but no mods, well the mods were there but all needed reinstalling, luclily i had done a back up yesterday morning I was my stupid fault just posted here for advice on what to do, thanks
