Today i saw there was an arcade update - well its a month old - so started uploading files, got to includes - COUGH -
not sure what happened - must have done a Terror and went outside - came back looked at the install files and noticed it was on includes - so being stupid i switched the ftp to the includes folder and uploaded all the arcade includes to that !!! so now have a white screen - plus not thinking have reverted to like - 6 day ago back up - still white - i did do a backup on site this morning , which is still on the ftp = how can i get site back to normal or be able to log in an correct the problem - am gutted - if i can get it back to this morning or even a few days ago that would be Terrorific ?

Did anything change in your sql database? I'd start with a restore to the database and then restore the files via ftp but delete everything that is live first. You may just be uploading correctly but you may have files in areas that the acp or ucp are trying to read.
Those are the simplest solutions IF you have clean back ups from JUST BEFORE you started the uploads.
This is purely my opinion and what I would do. Somebody else can probably tell you how to screw it up worse.

Run the INSTALL file again for mChat. That'll fix that error. I don't mean the whole automod thing. Just the install.php or whatever it is in your root for mChat.

Ooops, btw, it that does not work, go into your DB and look for 1.3.5 (or version number of mChat). Change ti to 1.3.4 or whatever and run the install...it will upgrade you and fix it.

Ok, What version do you have installed? One more work around is run the installer and in ADVANCED where it says not to use it unless you know what you are doing, open the ADVANCED section and click on 1.3.4 (if you are on 1.3.5) and then the installer will upgrade you and you will get errors as some of the items are already in the DB. But the table that is missing will go in.
If you need help, PM me the login or a temp login for Admin and I'll look around and see if I can fix it. Also, when you search the db via phpmyadmin, if you are on 1.3.5 the search will pull it up.

or go to the phpbb_mods table in phpmyadmin and remove the mod in question or all mods (only the mod table) then grab a new copy of premod and upload your then have a new forum with all members and posts then install stk and do a database clean up.
remember this will give you a clean forum with no mods and all edits will be gone.
it may be the long way round but thats just me

Let me say this,
Errors made while updating your arcade has nothing to do with the premod.
And I only offer support for my mods here, no general support!
Normally I would lock the topic but I will allow it this one time.
Hopefully Vox and Martin can help you.
