for one thing you should have asked this on that bbcodes forum, i really don't undestand the question, but seems to me internal you would you the bbcode, for external use the html provided for that bbcode on what ever page you are going to use it in!

Ah. Nevermind. External FLV files work fine. Just if there was a way to choose the size for the video per post.
