shouldn't there be a legend in your cpanel explaining it or when you are going to change the files!?

But, I think there is special prems for folder and files of forum , such as: store=0700

Do you know this perms

Files = 644
Folders = 755

Some folders might need 777:
files, store, cache, images/avatars/upload
