may I use this Modification of Welcome on Index?

No, am not try to Install.

I don't know about this, like installig Mods and editing file. But, your guides are impress me to trying this.

May i Edit my forum Files?

am want to confirm this, because mine is running site and it's goes any wrong i don't know how to solve.

Go to phpbb.com and download AutoMod. Search for it in Google if need be. Follow the instructions to install it (very simple). Then use it to install MODs if you can. Always back up your database and board (download the board and database to your drive at home) then you can always restore if something goes wrong, and it will.

Also, use Xampp. Install it on your local drive and you can set your board up there and try MODS before going live.
