I have a question how do you have made this

I post a link from Forum & Topic Icons and is transform automatic to Forum & Topic Icons how you have create that ?

if I post a link from my forum in my chat then I see something like this viewtopic.php?f=51&t=18
and if I post a link from you forum on your chat you see this Forum & Topic Icons

can you share it whit us
