Open styles/yourstyle/template/overall_header.html
Find:

Code: Select all

Affter Add:

Code: Select all

<script src="{ROOT_PATH}/snow.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Info:I hope it is usefull for everyone, and don't forget refresh your template(s) and clear the cache.

This is pretty irritating for people with a slow pc ..
website is going incredibly slow 4 some people when you install this

Google is full with these scripts, and there all the same

It isn't that slow, believe me. I use it for a while on my website already, and members aren't complaining about page load. (The snow is just optional in here. )

There is a mod for snow and it has acp settings

but it is server heavy i used to have it at one time

1 - Script

So as you say Google is full with these scripts, and there all the same

But the scripts and things for something like this that state on Google is NOT Xhtml Valid

The snow.js so I have made it is Xhtml Valid

So Yes I can say i'm the Author of this snow.js

2 - Slow

It has nothing to do with a slow computer it

It's about how fast your Internet connection is and how fast your browser can handle it
