Resolution Width SE Pro 3.0.9

I'm using phpbb3bbcode's SE Pro 3.0.9 style for my forum.

While searching in offical phpbb mod database, i find this resolution width mod (css3)

is it necessary or useful to add this mod for SE Pro style?
