Bug - SQL ERROR

Hello everyone, i'm french and new, i discover today your amazings plugins,
but after installation i get an error...

i paste it :

You forgot the includes/constants.php edit

Sorry for my bad level of english and phpbb modding, but what i have to do ?

i paste all the content of the root folder, i use a theme named soulcity, but i paste too the file for the other theme in right place,
i have to edit a file manualy ? what i have to paste in this file ?

Edit : i found right now the link with the files to edit...
after reading the file in archive i donwload i what believe i have nothing to do... i go back try edit all the stuff...

EDIT: my bad, file missing in the correct language folder, for me "fr" instead "en"
