I've installed the mod into the style I'm using "Sky Blue" and I must be missing something in the instructions or it just doesn't work with phpbb3 3.0.10. Nothing appears.
Will there be an update?

No problem with this mod and 3.0.10 
But only prosilver style is supported so you have to figure out how to "convert" the style edits to the style you are using.

I just installed Sky Blue style on my test site.
And paypal mod seems to work there.

Ok, live & learn.
Used Automod to install Welcome on Index and the PayPal Donation mod back-to-back.
In inadvertently code was inserted between some of the existing code. Once everything was put in order everything has been working fine.
It's a good idea to check before and after code when there is a problem.
