There are some things I'd like an explanation please.
1) After Donation user will be added to specific group? If so, it will be for lifetime or can be set?
2) after getting donations goal what will happen? I will need to set goal again?

The donation mod doesnt add anybody to a usergroup.
You have to that manually after receiving the mail from paypal where the donators username is included.
Also the donation goal has to be configured manually.
You set the goal in ACP and you set the amount received.
