Ok i tried to replace rank text by image through ACP. But once i refreshed the style and purge the cache, i notice that , the url of the ranks go wrong.
The real url of the rank images are : http://site.com/images/ranks/rank.png
But the error i get is it shows me this url : http://site.com/(topic where i'm in)/images/ranks/rank.png.
The Same problem occurs in profile pages
The url of the rank images shows : http://site.com/member/username/images/ranks/rank.png
I use the advanced mode or url rewrite, i wonder if it might cause the problem, or its error made in template files ?

Why did you refresh style and purge cache after creating ranks?
Did you use some rank mod?
When creating rank you upload the rank images to the ranks folder. Then go to ACP and create it.
No need for refreshing anything.
But my best gues is that you have made an error installing the seo mod.
Check it.

i did install the premod phpbb3 seo 3.0.11, i refreshed to be sure it wasnt a cache or style problem.

Then you have to ask at the seo support forum. It might be a known problem.
