I have just converted the Q&A plug-in to a Picture Q&A.

Modification Description:
This is just like the default Q&A except you can upload images with question on them.
When registering the user will see a image with the question instead of text.
The admin can make the question images and upload them via ACP.

To Do:
The only thing that needs to be done is the upload code.
I tried to use the phpBB upload class but I'm havering to many problems
So I will have to integrate a standalone upload script in the mod.

IMPORTANT
This mod is in DEV stage, So as always do not install on a live board.
I will provide very little support, but please post your bugs.
In newer version there could be major changes.
To speed up development I will not provide update files until [RC] versions.
