Came here needing help

Hi. I ran into a problem. I need a BB code and cant figure out how to do it. I started searching online and found this site. I am glad to be here.

What I need is a hyperlink that is different for each topic viewer. Something like http://www.website/files/{topic viewer}/doc.pdf

I am having a hard time figuring out how to make this work. Can I get some help?
