Send board notification to admin when user login

As the title describes.
Send a board notification to admin (and maybe mods) when a user login.
Board notification under ucp settings -> ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_options
Chose:
Notifications
Mail
Web Push

Maybe add user logins to user log
A quick on screen notification?

It shouldn't be hard to write this but what's the point?

As with any other extension, there is no point if you dont want it
But this one would give you and idea of the activity

Could be expanded with much more, user registration
