i dont think there is a mod for it, i would love to have it on my forum can anybody give me idea how i would go about doing please i got all the my images for it off my old forum

on my old free forum you was able to do a warning bar in the custom profile field i know you have a warning thing in the mod contral panel but this help alot & calms member down when they know they been warned already
