Fake acp link

I would like to know how to make the fake acp link in the footer like here. Couldn't find it but maybe I didn't look hard enough?

Also on this forum when you hover over the link, it actually shows up as admin/index.php

Stoker is a she? I never realised that

I remember there was a topic about this on the old forum though. I would love to use it on april fools day.
