Hi I was wondering if there was such a mod that members have to agree to forum rules by checking a box and the the "Agree" button highlights so they can continue with registration.

Also what part do I edit to change the agreement part (the bit when befory you register) is terms and contions php?

How do I edit the mysql part. These are instructions in the install sheet.
