How to add a forum?
I`ve added from the administrator panel a new forum,but it does not appear on the board index when i try to see it on the site....i must change permisions?or what?just didn`t understood...
p.s. i`m a totaly noob in php,html,phpbb,css....

how can i make a registered user of the forum a moderator...?
