Simple Portal Announcement Addon
Well here is v0.1 of the mod. Hopefully the users on here could help make it better.
If anyone could help make the proper install file that would be appreciated.

what i meant on the other topic was if you know how to do it any other way other than using the wysiwyg editor post it here, if you are asking for help on this, you posted in the wrong forum, it should have been in the support forum.
but if you like to post what you did with the editor go ahead and post it, maybe others that have an editor installed might want to use it!

I simple textarea could be used to add a new announcement if ppl dont like the ckeditor. Im not sure how the phpbb editor is called so i cant use it. The ckeditor takes as long as a 5 mb upload takes and doesnt need any alterning. That is why i thought it would be useful.
