Where to put te simpleportal_body.html file? (/styles/../template) ?
And what do you mean exactly by "in line add before:" ?

All html files goes in the template folder
"in line add before:" means that you should put the code just before the find.

I like this due to the fact that you stated that it's going to be simple and no "high load".
I've never used a portal before so please excuse my questions if they come-off as stupid.
How is the info for "Welcome to PhpBB3 BBCodes" and "BBCode Explanation" added (in your demo)? Is it added via a Board post?
Since there is no ACP, will the ability to disable/enable sections be made via one of the php files or is everything automatically enabled. For example, if I didn't want to use the "Newest Users" block... ?

the blocks are controlled in the html file of the portal, you can add or remove as you like, the welcome message is added in the language php file of the portal!
